Golf improvement rarely comes from one lesson.

A single lesson can give you a clear direction, but most golfers need ongoing feedback, practice guidance and regular adjustments if they want those changes to actually transfer onto the golf course.

That is why I offer online golf coaching and monthly golf coaching programs alongside my in-person coaching in Perth.

The goal is simple: give golfers access to regular coaching and support without relying on occasional one-off lessons.

Whether you are based in Perth, elsewhere in Australia or overseas, online golf coaching gives you the opportunity to work on your game consistently and receive personalised feedback wherever you practise.

What Is Online Golf Coaching?

Online golf coaching allows you to send videos of your golf swing directly to me for analysis.

Rather than needing to be physically at the golf course or studio, you can record your swing while practising and send it through for review.

I can then analyse your technique, identify the areas that are having the biggest impact on your performance, and provide clear feedback and drills for you to work on.

Online coaching can be used for:

  • Full swing development

  • Driver improvement

  • Iron play

  • Wedge technique

  • Short game

  • Putting

  • Practice structure

  • Swing faults

  • Ball-flight problems

  • General golf performance

The biggest advantage is that you can receive coaching while you are actually working on your game.

You do not need to wait until your next in-person golf lesson to find out whether you are practising the right thing.

Online Golf Lessons Designed Around Your Swing

Every golfer is different.

There is no single golf swing that every player needs to copy.

Your physical capabilities, experience, goals, equipment and existing movement patterns all influence how you should swing the golf club.

My approach to online golf lessons is therefore based around understanding the individual golfer first.

I look at what your golf ball is doing, how your body and club are moving and what change is likely to give you the biggest improvement.

From there, I provide clear feedback so that you understand both:

What needs to change

and

How to actually practise that change.

My goal is not to overwhelm you with technical information.

It is to give you one or two clear priorities that you can work on and measure.

Why Online Golf Coaching Works So Well

One of the biggest problems golfers face is practising without knowing whether they are improving the right things.

You might watch a golf tip on YouTube, try something you saw on Instagram or copy a professional golfer's swing.

Sometimes it helps.

Sometimes it makes things worse.

With personalised online golf coaching, the information is specific to your swing and your game.

That means your practice has a clear purpose.

You know what you are working on, why you are working on it and what you should be looking for when you practice.

Monthly Golf Coaching Programs

For golfers who want more consistent improvement, I also offer monthly golf coaching programs.

These are designed to create an ongoing coaching relationship rather than relying on isolated golf lessons.

Instead of having a lesson, working on something for several weeks and then hoping you are still on the right track, monthly coaching allows us to continually assess and refine your progress.

Depending on the program, monthly coaching can combine:

  • In-person golf lessons

  • Online swing analysis

  • Ongoing feedback

  • Practice plans

  • Video analysis

  • Golf swing reviews

  • TrackMan data

  • Performance discussions

  • Putting analysis

  • TPI screening

This gives us a much better opportunity to build long-term improvement.

My $199 Monthly Golf Coaching Program

My base monthly coaching program is designed for golfers who want a combination of in-person and online support.

For $199 per month, the program includes:

1 x 60-minute in-person golf lesson per month

plus

1 x online golf lesson per month

The in-person lesson allows us to work together in detail, while the online lesson gives you an additional opportunity to check your progress during the month.

It works particularly well for golfers who practise between lessons and want to know that they are continuing in the right direction.

My $299 Monthly Coaching Program

For golfers looking for more ongoing support, my $299 monthly golf coaching program provides a more comprehensive coaching experience.

It includes:

1 x 60-minute in-person golf lesson each month

Unlimited online coaching

A personalised practice plan

TPI screening

This program is designed for golfers who want to make golf improvement a genuine ongoing process.

Unlimited online coaching means you can send your swing through while practising rather than waiting several weeks for your next lesson.

That gives us the ability to make smaller adjustments along the way and helps prevent you from practising the wrong movement for an extended period.

Combining Online and In-Person Golf Coaching

For golfers based in Perth, I believe one of the most effective approaches is combining online golf coaching with in-person lessons.

In-person coaching allows me to see the complete picture.

We can use ball-flight information, launch monitor data, video, movement screening and face-to-face communication to establish what we need to work on.

Online coaching then becomes the support system between lessons.

You can practise, send videos through, receive feedback and continue progressing.

This creates a much more connected coaching experience.

Rather than your golf lesson being a single event, coaching becomes an ongoing process.

Golf Coaching at My Quinns Rocks TrackMan Studio

My primary coaching location is my private golf studio in Quinns Rocks, Perth.

The studio includes TrackMan technology, video analysis and other coaching tools that allow us to measure what is happening with both the golf club and golf ball.

For golfers looking for TrackMan golf coaching in Perth, this gives us access to detailed information including:

  • Club path

  • Clubface angle

  • Attack angle

  • Club speed

  • Ball speed

  • Launch angle

  • Spin

  • Carry distance

  • Ball flight

TrackMan data can be extremely valuable, but I do not believe golfers need to understand every number on the screen.

My job as a coach is to interpret the information and explain what actually matters to you.

Technology should make coaching clearer, not more complicated.

Do You Need TrackMan for Online Golf Coaching?

No.

You do not need TrackMan data to take part in online golf coaching.

A good-quality video of your golf swing is often enough for me to identify key movements and provide useful feedback.

If you do have access to launch monitor information, you are welcome to include it, but it is not essential.

Online golf coaching should be accessible whether you practise at a driving range, golf club, simulator or practice net.

Putting Coaching Online

Putting is an area of the game I specialise in, and it can also be coached remotely.

I hold specialist training and certifications in putting analysis and use Capto during my in-person coaching.

For online putting coaching, video allows us to look at areas such as:

  • Setup

  • Alignment

  • Stroke direction

  • Face control

  • Distance control

  • Practice habits

  • Green-reading process

Putting is often overlooked by golfers who spend most of their practice time working on their full swing.

Improving your putting can be one of the fastest ways to lower your scores.

Who Is Online Golf Coaching For?

Online coaching can work for almost any golfer.

You do not need to be a low-handicap golfer or an experienced player.

I work with golfers who are:

  • Beginners

  • Club golfers

  • Competitive golfers

  • Junior golfers

  • Returning to golf

  • Trying to break 100

  • Trying to break 90

  • Trying to break 80

  • Looking for more consistency

The coaching is based around your goals.

For one golfer, success might mean hitting more fairways.

For another, it might mean improving their putting.

For someone else, it may simply mean understanding their golf swing and enjoying the game more.

How Do I Film My Golf Swing?

You do not need expensive camera equipment.

A modern smartphone is normally all you need.

The two most useful camera positions are:

Face-on

Position the camera directly opposite you, roughly around hand height.

Down-the-line

Position the camera behind you looking towards the target, ideally around hand height and aligned approximately with your hands.

Try to capture your entire body and the full golf club throughout the swing.

Good lighting also makes the swing much easier to analyse.

What Happens After You Send Your Swing?

Once you submit your swing, I review the videos and identify the areas that I believe should be prioritised.

Your feedback may include:

  • Video analysis

  • Explanation of your swing

  • Key improvement areas

  • Drills

  • Practice suggestions

  • Checkpoints

  • Follow-up recommendations

The objective is always to make the information clear and actionable.

You should finish your online lesson knowing exactly what you need to practise next.

Why Monthly Coaching Can Be Better Than One-Off Lessons

One-off golf lessons are still very useful.

Sometimes a golfer has one specific issue they want help with, and a single session may be enough.

However, meaningful swing changes usually take time.

Your golf swing is a movement pattern that has often been developed over many years.

Changing it requires practice, feedback and repetition.

Monthly golf coaching gives us the opportunity to follow that process rather than continually starting again.

We can assess your progress, adjust your drills, review your ball flight and gradually move onto the next priority.

That creates a much more structured pathway towards improvement.

Golf Coaching That Fits Around Your Life

One of the biggest benefits of online and monthly coaching is flexibility.

Golfers are busy.

Work, family and other commitments can make it difficult to schedule regular lessons.

Online golf coaching means you can practise when it suits you and send your swing through from wherever you are.

For Perth golfers, combining this with occasional in-person coaching provides the best of both worlds.

You can access my Quinns Rocks golf studio for detailed sessions while still receiving support between visits.

Work With a PGA Golf Coach in Perth or Online

I am a PGA Professional with Advanced Coaching status through the PGA of Australia and have over 18 years of experience across the golf and fitness industries.

My coaching uses a combination of experience, technology and practical instruction.

I am certified in areas including:

  • TrackMan

  • Capto

  • Quintic Ball Roll

  • TPI

These tools help me understand what is happening in greater detail, but ultimately my role is to turn that information into something you can actually use.

The objective is not to create the perfect-looking golf swing.

The objective is to help you hit better golf shots, lower your scores and enjoy your golf more.

Start With a Free Swing Analysis

If you are unsure whether online golf coaching is right for you, you can start by sending me your swing for a free swing analysis.

This is not a full online golf lesson.

It is an opportunity for me to look at your swing, identify an area that may be holding you back and explain how my coaching could help.

From there, you can decide whether you would prefer a one-off online lesson, an in-person golf lesson in Perth or one of my monthly golf coaching programs.

If you are looking for online golf coaching, golf lessons in Perth, TrackMan golf coaching, or a structured monthly golf coaching program, I would be happy to help you build a clearer pathway towards better golf.

Send me your swing today and start with your free swing analysis.
